MCRPARTS.com offers a simple return policy, you may return an item within 30 days of purchasing the product as long as it’s in the original packaging and is in resalable condition. We will refund the customer the original price of the product minus the cost of shipping.

Returns on damaged products that had occurred during shipping must be brought to our attention immediately. We will have the product shipped back to our facility for inspection and send out a new replacement product in it’s place.

Superchargers are not returnable. All units from Paxton and Vortech are new from the factory and come with a 3YR warranty from Paxton and Vortech (MCRPARTS.com does not handle warranty issues, that is done by the manufacturer). Any missing parts with a new supercharger must be called into MCRPARTS.com, and well have the missing part(s) shipped to you.
