They thought it was either the Idler pulley or the water pump going bad. Another guy came over, listened to it and said it is the throw out bearing. He put it on the lift and sure enough he was right. Three hours and 300 bucks later my car sounds great! Just thought I would pass this along. Posted by: ExBamaGal I've had a problem with my TOB squealing and rattling since I got my car 5 years ago. They've been replaced at least three times. I finally just gave up.
