But if you must, trick flow makes a good valve spring set for the stock E7's Posted by: Aussie XAXB "...soo whast do i need thanks guys, jim" Grammar Steve Posted by: bigjstang sorry for the grammer. well my buddie just have me his z30 cam what kinda heads should i look into buying so the cam will performe the best. thanks guys Posted by: Mustang5L5 It doesn't really make sense to choose the heads to match the cam. You are better off choosing a head first, and then selecting a camshaft to match the heads and the rest of your combo. You are leaving out a ton of critical info here. Weight? Trans type? Rear axle gearing? What type of induction? Exhaust? Other stuff needed to build a solid combo. Posted by: bigjstang im gonna be running long tube headers N/A with a carb and 373. and a t-5 trans dont know if this is what you were looking for thanks guys Posted by: Aussie XAXB How do you want the car to perform? Are you looking for high RPM horsepower or low RPM torque? What are the spec's on that cam?
