should i swap to carb? my computer wont read anything(wiring is messed up) what is needed to swap to a carb? what can you take out? let me know everything lol

You will need a carb, intake, distributor, and a fuel pressure regulator and gaskets. I did that to my 87 and took a half second of my 1/4 mile time. and i got better gas milage

I'll see if he has anything to add. I really don't remember him running into any problems. All I know is the car actually RAN after we converted lol.

also you will need a new ignition set up like a duraspark the best combo i found was from summit dual plane intake 600cfm holley and the holley red or blue fuel pumps DON'T use the efi pump it has way too much pressurecarbs shouldn't run any hirger then a bout 7psi and maybe 9psi for race i think i posted something on this about my stang also kep in mind you can get a new harness for the same price of converting to carbsummit has them for 500 or 600 hundred bucks and you will spend about that much on converting so weigh out your options
