does anyone know if i can use stock pushrods with these heads? and any idea how would the car run with factory speed density fuel injection...?

It is common for aftermarket heads to have a thicker deck surface. Whether or not this is factored into the valvetrain geometry I am not sure. You could install everything and then take a measurement between the lifter, at "0" lift, and the rocker. Here is a picture of how I measured mine with an inside micrometer. I did have to get different pushrods with GT-40 X305 heads and Harland Sharp roller rockers.
