3.73 vs 4.10?

I know this has probably been beat to death.

I finally got the ok from the Admiral (wife) to start modding the car.

Here are our plans:

Procharger
Short throw shifter
Rear seat delete
Battery to the trunk

Which gear would be best for a daily driver and a straight liner every two weeks?

Thanks in advance!!

Sorry if we are dragging up an old subject.

for highway gas milage, the 3.73 are best, for drag racing the 4.10 will need a sticky tire to hook...which may break the rear end...so if you get the 4.10 it is probably best to also get the 8.8 rear end.....

the 3.73 is less likely to break the rear end...but it is still possible with you having all that additional power from the procharger...

i always ran street tires, nothing too stickey and my rear end never had any issues, i had 3.73

I am running 3.73's I dont plan on lots of track time, just the occasional jaunt. Keep in mind that the taller the gear you use, the higher the RPM's at any given speed. Also, do you have an auto or manual. Auto, with the OD will tolerate the 4.10's on the highway just a bit more than a stick would.

Just my $.02
