OK guys I just ordered some parts today......Under drive pulleys,BBK Headers and smog pump Delete bracket....I was wondering if there is anything i need to know tricks or tips before i start putting this shit on....And how much HP do you think ill gain and will i feel it....Thanks...Jake

Cancel the smog delete bracket. Unless you are running a supercharger and need to keep it, you can delete the pump and reroute the belt like so.

OK so i dont need to buy that $50 dollar part when i can just buy a small belt sweet anyways since i got under drive pulleys will it make the belt size diffrent then the chart shows....also is there a possibale way to bypass the A/c ????

HEy guys I got 60 bucks left and i was thinking on getting a bbk power plus egr plate(throttle bodie spacer) would that do anything or what or is there something else i can gett for 60 bucks thats a little better...Oh is a 91 stock throttle body 70mm thanks peace

Yes, if you have pullies belt lenght will be different unless they are the type of pullies used to keep stock belt lenght. Only then can you go with the size listed on the chart.

What i did was take a peice of string, wrap it around the pullies and measure it. Then buy a few belts, try em out and return the rest.

Bypassing the A/C is pointless unless it's seize. When the A/C is off, it's a free-wheeling idler pulley and doesn't rob HP. The only way to bypass it is the A/C delete kit from Ford which moves the PS pump up higher. Without it, the belt will rub twice on the WP pulley
