bogging problems

i have been having a problem with my 2001 bullitt. Ford Dealer cant figure it out. on long trips it bogs out about 3800- 4000 rpm. Have changed fuel filter, MAS,and checked Throttle body. does anyone have any suggestions? but any help would be appreciated.

no codes, maybe bogging is the wrong word. it goes to 3800 4000 rpm and just hesatates.maybe back pressure problem? plugged cat?

This may sound sorta odd, but does it coincidentally happen when you go over bumps? There's a TSB out on the Bullitts that have a wiring harness that rubs ands shorts out. Here's a link.
