Currently slipping when traveling 45 mph and I accelerate hard. ( Like an additional 2500 rpm before the tranny catches up.) We also have a whistle that you con hear between shifts that the dealers can,t seem to locate. Anyone else experiencing these problems, buy the way the car is stock. I am leery of any modifications when we have these kind of problems in a stock configuration. Thanks for any input! Posted by: badass98svt is this a manual or auto? Posted by: 05 silverghost Quote:
Posted by: 05 silverghost Thought a little more info might help. At 30 mph the engine tach's up 1000 rpm before the car responds, at 40 to 45+ the engine tach's up an easy 1500 rpm before the car responds. Any suggestions?
