Crankshaft questions for Romeo block

I am trying to find a used crank to replace the one that was in my 01 GT. I have a 4.6 SOHC Romeo block. The cast number on my crank is:
F65E-6404-BB

I was told that the F65E is the cast number, the 6404 is a Ford part number that tells them that it is a crank and that BB is the designation for the Romeo block. I was later told that the F65E is the cast number and the rest is untrue. I was told and have read that all Romeo blocks from 93-01 have the same crank but Im finding different cast numbers on them and some small differences. Im not sure if the differences matter so Im afraid to put the engine together being unsure about the crank. I found a crank that has a cast number: F65E-BB-0400 and it is very similar to mine. Does anyone know if this crank will work in my engine? Can anyone make some sense of all the cast numbers and tell me which ones will work in my engine?

Also if anyone has a crank with the same cast number as mine that is in good shape or is able to be machined .10 over or .20 over please let me know if you are interested in selling it. (I cant use a crank that needs to be .30 over because since these engines have cracked rods and I have had my rods resized I cant find anyone who makes .30+ over rod bearings for this engine).

my grand marquis has the same engine 95 4.6 romeowhats wrong with crank now
