I need help (My car won't start).

Hey guys. I need help. The engine rotates, but it will not start. It did it to me a few times already; I used starting fluid to get it going. I replaced the fuel pump and it still does the same thing. The other day, I had the engine running and it shut off. I sprayed it and got it going again, Yesterday, I tried the same thing (spraying it), it didn't work. I could not get it going.

Now, what should I do?

I had this problem once in an older car the fuel filter was stoped up not letting enough gas flow, try replacing your filter.

what year is your car? im assuming its a stang....but 79-85? 86-93? 94-95?

you need to be more specific if you actually want some helpful info.

My car is a 93 GT.Its got a new MSD distributor,ignition wires,blaster coil.I just change the fuel filter last year right before winter. But this is what I'm thinking. I used the "lucas fuel injector cleaner "for the past two weeks must be getting all the debre out or something.It happen before to one of my cars.

change the fuel filter again.
go to the junkyard and grab a couple tps's. get 2 incase ine of the 2 you got is bad also. you may have a bad tps. also did you clean your mafs.

I did not change the fuel filter.

Do you think that could be the problem?

i had the same problem with my 94 gt check your air control ( the thing inside your air filter ) i guess the name of it I just know where the part went lol or your dist. or your rotor button i had msd and k&n stuff on mine and believe it or not i got bad parts from them my rotor button broke after 2 weeks. it drove me crazy it would just stop and took sometimes 30 minutes to start again , i found out one thing stangs don't like boush plat plugs it ran better with cheap plugs lol. I would aways put the best in my car. Sad some 16 yearold hit me and totaled it may 26 2006 now i have a 2006 mustang V-6 hope this helps some.

Also maybe check control module on dizzy.
