It works with a wire spliced to the battery though. any thoughts? Posted by: kissajew86 if you replaced the relay then i would get a continuity tester and make sure al the wires have cotinuity. Also start the car turn the AC on and see if the fans kick on. if they dont then there is definatly an issue, either with wiring or the relay. if it does kick on then check to make sure your temp sensors are working. if the car can tell the temp it dosent know to turn the fan on Posted by: Prafopi Try replacing the relay and test the wires... When my friend had a problem with his MB foglight... The mechanic told him that there was a problem with his Mercedes relay and some faulty wiring... With some adjustment at the wiring and replacement on the relay... It was fixed immediately... Goodluck...
