Removal of Rear Bumper

I have a 2000 Ford Mustang Convertible. I recently bought a new body kit for it. I usually do all of the modifications to my Mustang myself, but I just don't know how to get the rear factory bumper off my Mustang to install the new one. Does anyone have any advice???
