The other day I was driving down a really hilly road, and ended up catching some air. Today I noticed that the car is riding a bit lower over the rear passenger wheel, and a friend of mine said he thinks I broke a coilover. My question is, can I keep driving it if this is the case? I haven't noticed any difference in handling since it happened, but it definetly rides lower over that wheel.

NO!

Get it fixed asap. If you continue to drive it you can cause more damage to suspension, tires, rims, etc. (meaning more $$ to fix.)
If the car isn't riding evenly, your handling IS messed up -- just maybe not noticably under normal driving condition -- and you don't want to find out how badly it is messed up when you do an emergency avoidance move or something.

OK, I took it in today, but they won't be able to get to it until Wednesday.

Well, it turns out that the shock was just stuck, and nothing was broken. I had it parked in 3 different places and in each place it looked the same, but I guess when they put it up on the lift it broke loose and everything is fine now.
