Removins saleen front air dam

Yesterday I ended up cracking the saleen front air dam on my '89 LX 5.0. It defenatly looks like it can be fixed so I'm working on taking it off right now. I got all the bolts securing it on out, but now I have to get what I think is 3m double sided tape off. How do I go about getting the saleen off my bumper with the tape on there? Any help would be great.

Figured it out. Just had to pull at it for a while and cut some of the tape as I went.
