Need help with 2k Stang V6 Gauges

I replaced the Gauge Faces in my 2000 Mustang V6. Everything seems to be working fine, except there is no movement in the meters. Nothing is dialing. Speedometer, odometer, gas, oil, temperature & battery meters are not moving... Anything I need to adjust? Could it be a fuse? Help !!!!!!! I peferctly followed all instructions. Including disconnecting the battery before installation.

I had the same issue when I did my guage face. Sometimes, the thickness of the overlay will cause the needles to rub, and the needles will not move. Just take a fork (just a dinner fork, but don't let the wife know) and GENTLY pry up under the hub until you get some clearance underneath the needle. Just don't pry the needle off completely.

Dud you pull the needles off? If so you prob pushed them in a little too far
