Tranny Swap ???

I am looking into what I may encounter in a Swap from my Tremec3650 to a T-56. Post some Ideas please to give me an Idea where to go with this swap.

I'm not ignoring you, and I don't think anyone else is either. I've been unable to find any info on this swap and am just as interested as you are if any info comes available.

Thanks and If you run up on anything let me know, also check on a swap for a AOD built to take over 1000 hp too. In my future plans to boost it to 17+ Psi and a T-Trim vortech upgrade.

Everything just in the planning at the present but the motor upgrade commin soon with Livernois Heads and an Iron Short Block

Start by locating a bellhousing that will fit the T56 in the 05. I know of one fella that has the T56 and an alum. driveshaft in his car currently, but is now hunting down a bellhousing to boot. I believe he went with a GTO shifter of some sort. D&D drivetrain sells a combo kit with a Viper T56, driveshaft, crossmember and some other items for around $5K. I just don't understand why a bellhousing isn't apart of the package. Depending on the HP you plan on having, you also mostly likely want to get a SFI rated bellhousing.
