Is there a simple solution, like a blown fuse? Right now i am leaving the window rolled down just enuff for clearance when opening/closing door. Posted by: OldFart Quote:
Hopefully, by now you have already taken the car to the dealer to have this repaired under warranty. If I'm not mistaken there is a sensor module in the door that triggers the door open proceedure of dropping the window, turning on the interior light and turning off the radio. It's not something you want to fool around with yourself as the dealer may take the position that you caused the problem so it wouldn't be covered under warranty. Good luck, OldFart Posted by: Donna There is a step in the owners manual on recalibrating the windows. Try page 46. Maybe its a simple fix. Good Luck http://2005stang.com/images/stangdocs/manual.pdf Posted by: twebster72 My vehicle had a similar problem when the dealer received it. According to the dealer service log they had to reflash the computer and calibrate the windows. Good luck!
