Yellow headlights. How do they look?

Im talking about the type of headlights that you see on the porsche (in gt class) and other race cars. not the bulbs, but the actual film that goes over your headlights. Before I got this orange stang I was thinking about getting a yellow stang with yellow headlights. I dont think it would look horrible on my color car... its like yellow then orange then red (taillights).... it goes in order. Its a mod that practically noone has and it would separate my car from others on the road more than it already is. I think it would also be safer in a way that other drivers would notice me.. with yellow headlights and sequential taillights I would be very noticeable.

I don't think its ricey because Ive never seen it on rice and I got the idea awhile back after I first saw them on the porsche race cars. I found some sites that sell them and they are also on ebay. They are shown on SUVs like escalades, also on chysler 300s, and porsches.... I think they even arent that bad looking on cars they dont match. I think it would probably go good with my color.

just wondering what you guys think?

either way I think Ill at least try it, it says they are removeable, just not replaceable. even if it leaves my headlights messed up, which is like a 0% chance... but if, then I have an excuse to buy clear corners.

so what do you think about them in general?
on A stang?
on my colored stang?

this is from one of the ebay ads and is shown on a Bmw and a 350Z, both of which it doesnt really match, but isnt horrible in my opinion. should look half way decent on my car, if not good.

personally i think it would look terrible....but thats just me. It will make you stand out however...i would say go with black.

I just got my pricing from 3M today.We are in process of getting the materials to do the headlights and also the tail light blackouts.

Yea, don't think I would like the yellow at all. The blue MAY be okay but I'm still not sure about it. Smoked would look awesome. I guess it all depends on what color your car is and what color scheme you're going with.

hmmm...I may have to think about those tinted tails Tony. That's something I've considered doing before.

I dunno, I just don't think yellow would go well with orange.

it really depends on what you want.. if you think that headlights will look good on your car then go for it, or if not try to look for some other options, anyways, there are lots of places where you can look for one. good luck

stay smoked. I think the 01+ headlights are the meanest looking OEM headlights out there

i already had blackouts in the past and i dont feel like getting tickets and pulled over all the time again

I do carry them.They are 45.00.Just haven't had time to add them to the site yet.

ok, but calm down, im still waiting on that damn bumper. i agree they look good stock, i just want to test this yellow film because i think they look sick on the porsche race cars. ill never get blackouts again though, too many hastles with the police. pulling you over for the blackouts, or just for no reason and then they can say they pulled you over for the blackouts and get you for something else like inspection, license, registration overdue, exhaust too loud, lights out or too dim, drugs or alcohol for some people, etc. etc. plus that you could be blamed for a rear end collision... they cost money and then cost you more money and time going to court or paying your ticket, and cause you more stress getting pulled over or going to court or always having to look out for or avoid the police.

with the yellow film, you still see the headlight. it just tints it yellow and shines yellow, which would be like one of the only cars on the road shining yellow, so they know something special is coming.

and you still see the stock headlights, look at the bmw up top -^ i just dont think they go with that because its a white car. but on that Z to the right -> in the pic, it looks mean, and im sure it would go better with orange than with grey.

thats all, thanks for the feedback, ill post pics when/if I do decide to get them done.

maybe ill post front pics after the bumper and someone could hook me up with a photoshop w/ the tint. that way we'll be able to really see.

I saw a 350z with yellow headlights, it was the most God Awful thing I had ever seen. Please..NOooo!
