Well here it goes people. I currently have a 99' mustang stock stick, my friend has a 2000 cobra, how much work will it be for an engine swuap? Is it to much work?

A 2000 Cobra? They don't exist.

Assuming you meant a 99 or '01 Cobra, it would be an easy swap the Transmissions are the same so you only need the engine. You could also take the IRS and the Cobra brakes too. Lots of potential there.

You'd need to swap the engine and cmputer. Not sure about the harness

99+ cobras have irs

to swap the motor you'll need...

motor
harness
ecu
gauge cluster
reprogram your keys and keyfob

Yup, because now you'll need to swap the k-member and transmission.
