I think I wanna put magnapacks on my Cobra after I get my Bassani X pipe.....
Do you guys think its worth buying the whole cat-back for 400 whatever dollars or should I just get the mufflers? does anyone have a part number for the mufflers? how much "custom" work would be needed to weld them in place with the stock pipes? thanks!

I have the magnapack cat backs on my 03 gt
they took a while to get accustomed to. I would get the full system as the pipes are better than the stock ones.If you dont mind the volume i think you will like them.

Scott-Which shop do you recomend? I'm familiar with a few in Lowell but not overly impressed with the quality for the money...

R&D on Innis Drive in Billerica. From what I'm to understand, he's real good. Not too sure how his prices are, but I'll ask him. What are you looking to do, just the mufflers?

well, depends! if I can sell the 700R4 from my Firebird this week (my friend is interested, I have to call him today), I'll have the money to do the whole cat-back which would be nasty! I'll let ya know!

thanks for the tip lance, as you said, called complete exhaust, talked to joe, 319.00 for catback magnapac, 345.00 shipped to my door, took 2 days, here today, cant wait to get it on, you guys listen to lance he has got the connection

yea i would say go with the complete system... especially if its mandrel bent... keeping the same pipe diameter through the turns, unlike stock where it gets restrictive in the turns.

No problem.Always glad too help

Get the whole system, it will be much better, and well worth the extra money
