cobras r brakes squeeling like a pig

anyone have the cobra r brake kit, m2300 i believe, that have issues with brake squeel on and off the pedal. the same brakes on the 2003 cobra's? changed pads rotors and no luck. any help is appreciated. thanks muscle mustangs.

Well the Cobra R kit and the M2300 are two different kits. The Cobra R is the 4-piston Brembo calipers while the 2300K is the 2-piston PBR front calipers.

WHich brakes are squealing? Front or rear? When you changed the pads and rotors, did you apply anit-squealing lube on the points there the caliper pad contacts the caliper bridge and caliper locking pin? That's where the harmonics of squealing brakes would be.

On the rear calipers, lube up the caliper slide pins and apply anti-squeal to the backsides of each pad.

they are the front. i put never seize at all the points the pad hit the caliper. the kit i have is 2 piston pbr with all upgraded pads, slotted rotors,and stainless lines. thanks for the input. when your driving it is like it has an out of round or a rotor with to much run out. but everything is brand new and then i changed the pads again. not enough lube on those spots maybe?

Does the pedal pulsate, or is it just the typical brake squealing sound?

should i put disk brake quiet spray on the fronts to?

there is no pulsation just a squeek everytime the front pads hit a certain spot on the rotor as if they are warped. then theyt squeek until i put moderate pressure on them.

WHat brand pads and rotors are you running? They ceramic or organic pads?

they are hawk organics. the funny thing is that with the old brake set up they did the same thing. just sucks to switch when i spent so much on whaT I HAVE. thanks.

So you are saying your brakes squeaked when you ran the stockers as well? WHat exactly have you changed since it first started squealing that has not helped? Have you changed rotors?

yes, went from stock 93 brakes to the 1993 cobra r brakes w/ sloooted rotors, stainless lines, and hawk pads so far. should i put the pad adhesive on the front pads or not. im ready to put ceramics on but dont think they'll fix the problem. it has to be something stupid, i hope.
