2004 3.9L HP and Torque #s?

I know the 3.9 (second-half '04s) is just a stroked 3.8 with differant pistons and such, but I can't find anywhere that states the accual Mustang 3.9L numbers, all car sites show the 3.8L #s for a 2004 mustang... I thought it was the same as the 3.9 from like the Freestar or whatever... but just wanted to make sure...

3.8L 190HP, 220TQ
3.9L 193HP, 240TQ ???

after they put the imrc runner controller in the intake the revised the power statings. this was in 01/02

they did not revise the power rating for the 3.9 from what i remember....

it was a meniscule chamge....not really woth mentioning, unless you are rebuilding an engine and need the correct parts....

now the 4.2 on the other hand was a nice bump in power...i have one in the garage for future use
