I plan on doing to turbo charged engine swap from a Merker Xr4ti but i have a problem about hooking up the cooling lines (hoses). Do you have to have the overflow tank from the Merkur? If not how do you hook it up. Someone plz help me

no... and get rid of the steel coolant lines that are on the Merker motor too. i have the same swap done in my 92. you can visit my homepage and see what i did about the lines. basically i used 5/8" coolant lines and some brass fittings on the turbo. http://www.freewebs.com/ascholtes/index.htm : homepage. visit the Project Hera tab in the sidebar, and you can check out the pics of the swap
