first race

I raced for the first time in the dakota on friday night. it was a late 90's model z-28. I was with some friends of mine, and we passed him, and didnt think nothing of it, so a lil bit later he hammers on it and passes us then slows down to where we are even at 50, and i punch it and so does he and we got up to about 90 before we had to slow down to turn off, we had him by about half a car, so we turn off, and he follows us into my friends work parking lot because we had to pick him up, so he pulls up behind us revving his engine, and my friends got out of the car, one of which is a body builder, and another one who does landscaping, and benches around 300-350. and start walking towards his car, and he takes off like a bat out of hell. it was pretty fun tho!

That's so wierd. No offense intended, but he must've been a pretty bad driver, or you must have done a lot to your truck. I would think he'd win. Still a good kill though, and a funny story after the race!!

nope, my trucks a bone stock 4.7 liter v8. alot more power than you would think from a truck. its not to be mistaken as a slow truck. but yea his driving was probably a major factor, considering mine is auto
