late model heads on an early model engine?

I have a set of '93 Cobra heads that I am thinking about putting on my '69 fastback. The engine has a Shelby/Cobra style intake with a 4bbl Carter. I am wondering if I will encounter any problems with these heads, such as extra emissions holes that need to be plugged or water passages not lining up.

Any advice would be appreciated.
