Are the NASCAR penalties strong enough?

Should they take Jimmy Johnson's Vegas win away?

Should the sponsors be punished too?

if you start punishing sponsors, then the money will go away...which means less competition, less resurch, slower cars.....bad trend....his win should be taken away, but leave the sponsors alone!

I agree, if it were Jr. they would have taken it.

I think the only person who outright cheated was Harvick at qualifying. I doubt Johnson and busch even knew that their cars were illegal.
