what else can i do?

a friend of mine has a 94 Lightning with a 200 shot of nitrous, level 10 shift kit, 2200 stall, eaton center with 4:10's, phenolic spacer kit, factory gt40 heads and intake, jba equal length headers, bissani xpipe, dual flowmaster 40's, cold air intake, micky thompson drag slicks. its a running 12.6 right now, what can he do to make it faster???

has he increased the boost?

you can also get ported eaton superchargers

its a 94..it has a 351W GT40 motor. no blower/turbo...

kissajew, boosted lightnings didnt come around until the second generation lightnings. the first lightnings came with a 351 gt40 motor. ad5, your friend could, get some suspension goodies to reduce his wheel hop and help with weight transfer on launch. move the battery to the bed of the truck. that helps with traction too. any type of weight reduction will help too. 100 pounds off the truck equals .1 in the 1/4 mile. what kind of cai is on it? he could also buy a bigger throttle body,a bigger maf, port his heads and intake, and after that get a custom chip.

badass...he has a K&N inake kit. im pretty sure its that or an airaid....it has the factory traction bars on it, but tends to still hop around. ill give him the info about the chip(he may have one alrady)and ill tell him about the ported stuff and all the other info..thanks. he is tryin for low 11's.
