Thanks to everyone for coming, it was a good one. I didn't get a real count, but I'd say we had 40-50 cars -- which is really good for such a new cruise night! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
Posted by: langod Wow. The forum's automatic picture compression makes these look like crap.... Posted by: jmac72187 Wish I could have made it this week. Hopefully next week I can. Posted by: chachee52 Looks liek some great cars! Can't believe that George let his dog in the car!!! Hopefully work slows down a little so that I can make at least one of these. Posted by: serviceman1 good pics hopefully this event will contnue to grow. A great event to bring the family with all the other activities going on. Posted by: Xerxeese I WILL make it to this one soon. It's not too far from me. Car goes for it's inspection tomorrow (now that the interior "appears" to be in one piece again ! Posted by: Orange SS Mel's is a great place for families. We had a fun time. Thank you for setting this up. I never knew the place even existed. Posted by: TorchRedSVT was a great time and a nice place to hang out at...i can see this location getting very popular on a side note, big thank you to Bruce, ToplessPony94 for letting me try his convertible boot on my car. Was able to get that question answered with out a doubt that 96-98 convertible boots do not fit on my car. Now all I have to do is try the 99-01 boot cover. Yes, Mel's should become very popular. It combines food, ice cream, go-carts, laser tag, batting, driving range, and an arcade, not to mention MUSTANGS if it's Wednesday night! What more do we need!

She sits nicely on back seat, that is until she sees someone. Posted by: fredfordguy Nice pics guys, definately looks like a must go. That was a go kart track? Perhaps they would let us take the cars on it? Many years ago we used to hang out at a track, after hours the owner would let just a few of us out and would sneak around the track with a bucket of water and dump it. Made for some interesting drives and spins. My wife and I just got back from a car show to warm your heart. It was at the Tilton NH Veterans home. No big trophys or such, but a bunch of wheelchairs, oxygen tanks and our nations best. The weather was perfect. Y'all can be proud of us, the Lakes Region 'Vette club was there in full force, we of course parked very close to them, up wind of course. Our Mach was the only 'stang there and wanted to chew on any of those plastic toys, but it behaved nicely. All in all other than the snobs, the 'vette bunch was ok, every one there had a cute little plastic nameplate properly pinned to their chest. It was a great experience to visit the residents and both old and new vets. Happy cruzin to all, see ya at fun ford... Posted by: badass98svt Great pics Jim. I had a great time.
