Photo Shoot ~ July 19th ~ NHMC Cruise Night

Our cruise night in Londonderry clears out just about 8 pm every week. This is the time of the year that twilight is between 8-8:30pm. there are quite a few "Kodak spots" right there. Great place for some cool pics...
anybody up for this, I'm bringing my camera

All I can say is "45 and still Alive!!!" I'm 45 going on 25

Life is good and had a great B-day party, My daughter got my a sweet new Grill for my birthday, ** ( the kind you cook on ED!! ) **

I will have to set up a Mustang Cookout / get together at my house soon!!

I finally had to get a renewed license picture today. In my old one I was a fattie and now I look like I am in a mugshot. I haven't shaved and I wasn't too happy to be at the registry.

Happy Birthday and glad to hear you had a good one. Grills of any kind are always a good gift!!

John, I stood in line a couple of weeks ago to renew my license but it was so slow I had to leave... I guess NH has new Licenses now and they were trying to get acquainted with the new equip

I'm actually the opposite, my expiring license is a mugshot and now I am a fattie...lol. Put on almost 25 lbs since my last renewal, but on a good note I quit my 2 pack a day habit.. hence the 25lbs...lol.

Enjoy the stupid new NH license. They issue you an asinine PAPER black & white temporary license!

It looks like a photo copy!

It takes up to 60 days to get the "real" one. I got mine a couple of weeks ago and so far, for giggles, I've shown it to every bartender I've run into. (I turned 44 so it's not a "carding" issue for me.) All of them were blown away by how ridiculous the temp ID is. They also weren't officially notified about this until AFTER the licenses started showing up in customers hands! I can't imagine trying to get through an airport outside of NH with one of these. The Dept of Home-made Security will laugh their asses off at it. Using it as ID for a credit card or check transaction is an exercise in futility.
The saddest thing is, even the DMV knows it's stupid -- they tell you to carry your passport with you as "backup" ID. (I don't have one!) And they give you back your expired license so you can prove that it's a "real" renewal.

'scuse my language, but whoever made this decision is a complete asstard.

DAMN JIM!!! I don't think that I've ever heard you rant like that!!
I unfortunately will not be fortunate to attain one of these temps. I will be, in the next few weeks, transfering all of my info to MA. Which I'm sure will be a fun and exciting experience among itself!!

I would like to see pics of the foto shoot, but the new photo copied paper things, what a (blank) joke.. I hope they get there A's sorted out before Oct. when I have to renew... so where are the pics????

Yeah, get with the times people, we get the same thing, but in MASS it only takes 5 days, believe it or not!

MA temps are worse than that. They are the size of a brochure and they state right on the license that it is not a valid form of ID.
