Jammed CD Player

Can someone link me to the jammed CD in the CD player thread. I have to fix it in the GT before I sell it. I couldn't find it through the search.

I had one jammed before. I had to take the player out of the dash and there was a slot that I could manually pry it out.
sometimes if you unplug it slam it acouple times then plug it back in it becomes unjammed too.

There is a way to fix that prob. Requires disassembling and cleaning a guide rail or something.
