New House

Well, It took a while, but the day came today. I am now an owner of a house!! Signed papers this afternoon, and after a close call (one of the people on the deed was 96 y.o. and she had "good days and bad days" and my attorney actually had to take a Field Trip to go see her to have her sign the papers, luckily she had a good day today) I now own my first home. Plan to move in sometime next month after we paint and do some work around the house. Here are some pics, and of course you guys are all invited when we have our Open House party!!!

This is looking at the front of the house toward the lake.

The back yard, a lot of work needs to be done on the landscaping

Actually, I do more paper work on a daily basis so I actually had a light day of paperwork!!!

It's in Tyngsbough. nice little quiet neighborhood until I got there. The neighbors have already had one of my friends show up on his Ducati, wait till you guys all show up for the first NHMC meeting!!

So is it kind of scary owning your own place? I'm going to start moving in my house tomorrow and finish up sometime next week. I'm kind of scared, but excited at the same time lol.

I can pay a homeless guy a dollar a day to stare in your windows every night, if that helps.
