Anyone going to the Telegraph Motor Mania on June 7th?

Dana at Pro Tre mentioned this to me, and I just saw it in yesterday's Nashua Telegraph.

Supposedly this is the one that used to held at Holman Stadium in Nashua, but they ran out of room there and decided to move it to the Telegraph, which has more space. Anyone know more about it? The graphics with the very small mention are older rods, so I'm not sure if that's the theme or not. I don't know if I'll be in NH that day or away, but if I'm around I plan to go, since it's only about 4 miles from where I live. Anyone thinking of going?

Motor Mania is now FREE for car show participants to compete!
(The Telegraph will be refunding all Motor Mania registrations already received.)

Due to the rising cost of prices at the pump, The Telegraph has waived the registration fee for car show participants and we want to see YOUR car at Motor Mania! Hurry to register, only a select number of vehicles will be eligible to take part in the competition, secure your spot and call today! Must be registered to have your auto judged and qualify for trophies!

Rain date for the event is Sunday, June 8, 2008

This year judges will be rating your vehicle on the following criteria: appearance, general craftsmanship, upholstery, appeal, exterior and interior design, and overall engineering.

Judging categories include the best of these: Best in show, antique, street rod, muscle car, foreign, sports car, truck, publisher's pick, and crowd favorite.

Jimmy Smart of Smart Rods, Dave Dapkus of Costume Art and Bill Allen of YesterYears are the three judges.

-The event runs from 11am - 4pm but we encourage all vehicles to arrive anytime after 8am and no later than 10:30am.

-You must pre-register (below) by Friday, June 6. Registration day of event is from 9 AM to 10 AM (spots and judging not guaranteed day of event).

-We welcome the first 150 cars to park in the designated car show lot. This is a first register, first serve basis so sign up quickly!

-Please note that this is an outside event and there will be no tent or covering outside for the cars.

-All vehicles will be preapproved by the event committee and committee has the right to deny any car or truck.

Trophies awarded in multiple categories, raffle and door prizes, entertainment for the whole family and much more!
-Hot Laps Karting Center will be on hand for "race against the clock" go-kart racing throughout the day.
-Kings Court of Hudson will be providing food and beverages.

Registering for the Motor Mania social network lets you add in photos of your car or truck and get to know some of the other people who will be participating.

Note that this event is free and open to the public.
