SuperCharger Belt selection

Hi guys,

I have a question in regard to what might be a better belt to use for the Kenne belle 1.7 Twin Screw I am having installed..

I have read many different opinions and thought I would toss it out ther to some of the local guys here in the Forum...

The belt I will be selecting for the set up is either

Goodyear GATORBACK 4061080

or

Gates Serpentine Belt K061080

I did see that Keene Bell recomends the Gates belt but I have heard of some slipping issues with the gates belt on those running alot of boost. Not sure it will actaully be a problem for me considering my plan is to only run about 7lbs of boost.

I have heard the Goodyear belt accentuates the sound of the SC and really havent seen much said about slipping issues..

I am sure either will work fine but just curious if anyone out here in the forums has any personal experinece with either of the belts mentioned on a SuperCharger set up..

Sorry, I have no idea but you could ask Jake (BigJ) what belt was on his KB GT.
