What's and/or where's your favorite drink ?????

I figure this is fitting based on the last night out with the MCR - Guys at the Texas Roadhouse.

We all know what Tony's is :

My favorite is actually RasberryMargaritta's (Un-Frozen) with Cabo Wabo Anejo from the "La Caretta" in Derry, NH

Captain and Coke or Jaeger bombs

Posted by: Mustang5L5

Vodka and Sprite

Posted by: MY-S281

Generally I stick to Beer, much Safer.. Either Heinekin or Bud light...

If I am feeling like gettiing out of control it would be Vodka or Tequilla..

Posted by: jmac72187

Caffeine Free Diet coke...

If I want to go big, I might even have the caffeinated diet coke.

Posted by: langod

I make a very good Margarita. And a good Mai Tai.
When I go out, I like a Tanqueray Ten martini with olives.
My usual every-day drink is a gin and tonic.

And Bob -- you gotta graduate past the kids stuff. Cabo Wabo is a $20 tequila in a $40 bottle. Get some good sipping tequilas -- try Tenoch or Casa Noble. If you've got $100 to spend, go for Cuervo Reserva de la Familia.
Anything better than 1800 or Hornitos is a waste in a margarita. Why would you want to f**k up a sipping tequila with sugar and lime juice?

Posted by: Xerxeese

Corona, with a shot of ammaretto instead of a lime...
Gin n Tonic

MAI TAI ! ! ! ! !

I hear you Jim.....It's my tribute to Sammy Hagar.....LOL. Cabo Wabo Anejo Reserva is between $199-$239 a bottle.

I cut it down none-the-less so I can walk out of the restaurant.

Oh I know. But hard stuff has a way of getting me in trouble (IE talked into playing A..hole card drinking game while consuming Southern Comfort straight up on ice...THAT did not end well..)

Wine, however, is a fine alternative

I don't drink much but when I do my favorite Crown and Coke (or just straight Crown). Could be because it comes in a purple bag lol I also like most of the girly, sweet stuff. Not a big beer fan but I can drink it if it's REALLY cold.

You know what else is a good drink (but very deadly) an Espreso Martini. I like them very simple Tia Maria and Vodka with a little espresso, but sometimes a creamy one with bailey and Godiva is very deadly. They just slide right down!!! Michael Timmothy's in Nashua makes one called the Super Charged Meguke that is a creamy one. You can have a few of those very fast and be drunk and hyper all at the same time

I like a shot or two of Pepsi Cola.

I'm pretty much a traditionalist when it comes to Martinis -- that is; Gin and Vermouth only. I'll do Vodka, but then it's a "Vodka Martini".
However, I did have a sweet one valled a Chocolate Orange for dessert one time at C.R. Sparks. It was Vodka (Vanilla I think), Godiva and Grand Marnier. Damn. it went down too easy.
I've made it myself substituting Gran Gala for the Grand Marnier -- I think it's even better.

For beer: Casual drinking I like the Sam Seasonal blends. To get drunk, either Coors Light, Bud Light, or Miller Light.
For mixed drinks: Captain and Coke, UV Blue and Sprite/Sierra Mist, Tattoo and Coke, Long Island's.
For shot's: Goldschlager, Irish Car Bombs, Godfathers.

I knew I'd hit a sweet spot with some on my drink choices. I like to "enjoy" myself when I drink.

I love going sailing, you never know where your gonna end up.

Posted by: Ruzman

For beer lately it's been Sam Adams Winter lager . Hard stuff I don't drink too often but I liked the Mojitos I tried while at Casa Bacardi on my honeymoon in Puerto Rico and scorpion bowls .
-Ruz

Posted by: langod

Mojitos are really good if they're well made. Sadly, most places use way too much sugar or syrup. A Mojito is not supposed to be a sweet drink -- should be just enough sugar to take the edge off of the lime and rum.
I make a pretty good one. Best I've had was at "Isla" inside the Treasure Island hotel in Vegas.

Nice find on the link regarding "What drinks mean about you." Very Interesting.

TONY TAKE NOTE (See Exept Below):

Umbrella Drinks Or Ice Cream Drinks

Those fruity, creamy concoctions can make an impression. But is that an impression you want to make?

"Drinks with umbrellas and lots of garnish (cherries, oranges, pineapples) or those with contents on the rim are usually quite young," he said. "You don't catch many guys drinking anything like this; it's mostly college-aged girls."

a whole new level of PWNED Tony !!!!!
