Ok, heres the problem, i have a 93 LX 5.0 and i recently added a trickflow intake, 30# injectors and MAF, and also TB and EGR plate. When i put them on, the car ran, but not that great, it would bog down off the line. The other day i replace the plugs, wires, cap and rotor. When i started the car it ran really rough for about 10 seconds, then died out, and will not start again. I don't know if i might have messed up the firing order, because i've been told that there are 2 different firing orders. I know it's getting fuel because that's all i smell when i was trying to start it. And i checked for spark and it has spark. Any idea's will be greatly apreciated. Thank you. Posted by: badass98svt My guess is firing order. The 93 should only have 1 firing order. http://www.muscularmustangs.com/2005/firingorder.php Posted by: Mustang5L5 The Mustang uses the 351 firing order, not the 302 low-output firing order. Only one firing order for the Mustang, but two for the 5.0 in general it's 1-3-7-2-6-5-4-8 Posted by: calypsoLX TFI module on the distributer, those are known to be problems. Can a ask if u got heads or a stroker? 30lb injectors are pretty big if you just did an intake swap Posted by: 95Cobraman1024 you had to remove the dizzy for the intake install; it could off a tooth or two. check your timing. Posted by: bullitt5177 Holy old thread Batman!! It was the fuel pump.
