Meguiars NXT Line Discontinued?

Has anyone tried purchasing any of their NXT products via walmart, advanced autoparts, napa, target, etc? I went to all of those stores and the only NXT product each one of those stores had were the NXT Paste wax.

The NXT stuff smelled and performed great. The Gold glass interior shine meguiars has to me smells like rubbing alcohol along with a lot of their other products.

I know they still have all the products on their website. Amazon.com also has all of their products, but they are all marked down 10-15%.

Not sure about this Rick. Hubby bought some NXT wax a couple of weeks ago but I don't remember where he got it or how much he paid.

That's OK. NXT is crap anyway.

You want to learn about detailing products, check out the forums on autopia.org or autogeek.net. Seriously, NXT isn't BAD, it's just that there's lots of stuff out there that's far better.

I use Klasse All-in-One. It's a much better product than NXT. And it'll knock you socks off if you top it with a quality pure carnuba wax like P21S.

It appears that Megs is reformulating NXT into something called NXT 2.0. So probably your local store sold out of version 1 but hasn't gotten the reformulated product yet.

Still recommend you try Klasse though....

I would try other products, but I've been hooked on the NXT line since it has come out on the market. I haven't tried klasse, but I have tried dozens of other products and none can come close to anything the NXT line offers.
