I post this every now and then it's a pretty funny story of how I got involved with Mustangs and memories.

We'll start from the beginning. My dad's an auto body man.I remembered one day as a young kid (I had to be about 5 or 6) my dad took my sister and I
out for a ride in a gold 66 Mustang he just painted at the time.My
sister was in the front seat (6yrs older than me) my dad was stopped at a stop sign and she goes "Dad how do you peel out" my father looked at her and said "LIKE THIS" he drops the hammer and smoked the tires all
the way down the road.

Fast forward to 1987 I was 13 at the time (I'm 33 now) I was at my friend Rich's house his dad just bought a brand new red 87 GT that
summer, It even had the twin turbo hood (that was a sick hood back then)LOL. Rich and I were buggin him all day to take us for a spin.

So later that night his dad goes "you guys want to go get a pizza and
come home to eat it?" so we all agreed to pick up a pizza.I was in the
front passenger seat,Rich was in the back,we were leaving the parking
lot and Rich's father goes "Rich hold that pizza don't drop it!"

All of a sudden Rich's dad dropps the hammer slids the car sideways and smokes the tires waaay down the road.Rich was in the back and lost
control of the pizza, the box hit the rear glass on the hatch and landed upside down in the trunk.

We got home opened the hatch and grabbed the box,we sat at the table and the entire top of the pizza was stuck to the top of the box and the sauce was everywhere.

We laughed our asses off,and to this day when Rich hopps into my blown 92 we're on our way for pizza!!! LOL

I bought my 43 year old cousin for pizza one day he almost shit his pants. LOL

So when I get asked why I have a Mustang I say "I need something to pick up pizza in!!"

That is a pretty cool story. Wish I could say I had something similar but not really.

That is a pretty cool story. Mine's pretty boring. My cousin had a brand new 92 LX that I loved, and a few years later, Jarhead helped push me into buying one. That's about it.
