I decided to play around with photoshop and design a business card for myself... what do you all think? Should I make any changes?

Looks very good man!! Maybe play around with the font for your name and the "muscle car rest. parts" part if you wanted but I think that looks great the way it is.

I'd pass out cars at cruise nights Rick if you made some real ones.
That don't need to be of my car LOL.
Just print some up, and I'll put them under my wipers at local cruise nights.

A little better font... what do you think? I also added a little graphic to the blue behind my name so that it breaks everything apart.

I think that is a slightly biased comment there.

Looks pretty snazzy. IMHO, the new font is nothing special. If you'd like to check out some really unique fonts go here....

The card looks great, but the font is too typical and over used.

There's my unbiased opinion.

Rick, I think you should go with a smoother font -- something that has elements of the MCRParts Logo font. The one you're using (IMO) is a little typewriter-ish.

Ditto that, but the blue streaks behind the logo and your name you may loose when they are being printed, if not on a high end high gloss BC Stock. I used to do work as a graphix artist at a minuteman press years ago, we did tons of BC's daily!

looks very kewl, I wouldnt mind getting some of those too!

Thanks guys for the suggestions! The blue streaks behind the logo at the top are gone and I'm playing around with a few new fonts from that link that steve posted... I'll post another one here in a little while.

Here is another copy. I changed the font and the placement of the phone number and web address. Don't mind the blue lines outlining the entire card and the fuzzyness of it. The card itself is huge... about the size of a piece of paper so I had to shrink it down in filesize and blue lines are just guide lines.

Nice job Rick!
I don't think you need the "phone" and "website" text though.
It's kinda self explanatory.
Maybe put the hours on there though.
just "M-F 9-5" or whatever.

Thanks everyone... I'l be printing these here shortly sometime. I did take the MCRParts.com logo off b/c the font needed to be larger. Once you take the card down to 3.5 inches, the font isn't readible.
