Not to bad.

I was going to start my own car club around the Ohio area, but with running MCRParts.com, working 50+ hours a week, and trying to organize a few car shows next year I'm a little low on time.

the drama isnt worth the hassle, you have to always remember you cant please everyone all the time, and someones feelings are going to get stomp'd on at some point!

As long as you can keep it fun, you will be alright!

I'll agree with that! After reading some of the posts of the NEBOC members, a car club can be a big hassle sometimes b/c everyone won't agree with everyone. The larger your club grows the more problems you will have.

I wouldn't trade my NEBOC family for any in the world. Despite our bickering like typical brothers and sisters, when the chips are down, they are more than friends, they are family and they stand beside you. A good car club will be that way. I have been members of the clicky clubs where small groups within the club only associate with each other. I can thankfully say that NEBOC is not that way. It is hard to please everyone, but we do the best we can. I think most everyone understands. Those that haven't, have moved on. Members will come and go...it's important to remember that each member brings unique qualities to the club that helps it to grow and become more than just a "car club". Good luck to you in your endeavor, and don't give up when the going gets tough.
