Need help on what to do next

I'm kind of in a delima... I MIGHT be doing somthing to my car this winter since I haven't really done anything since my new paint almost 2 years ago. I have 3 options to choose from:

1. 18X9 Deep Dish Black Bullitt Rims
2. Cervinis Stalker Rear Bumper & Tips
3. Engine Enhancements (New Polished Alternator, Chrome Fuse Box Cover, etc)

If I got 1 or 2 that would be around $1,000. If I did number 3 I could bank $500 and spend $500 on engine modifications, nothing really performance right now... just making it look nice with a new polished atlernator, chrome fuse box cover, maybe even stuff like polishing my intake, polishing my alternator bracket, etc until I met my limit.

An engine enhancement to me is a supercharger, not a polished alternator

Thanks guys... I may just end up getting more polished stuff for my engine so that I can save more $$$ our home if we want to start building within 2 years

Home comes before the car I'm affraid and with my digital camera breaking, I really can't afford to much stuff for my car lol.
