Getting little Specs of Dust off rear bumper and trunk?

Would a claybar do the trick and if so which kind? I've scrubed the area the best that I can I also even tried to pick at it a little with my finger nails and these little specs of brown/black dust particles will not come off. They only appear to be on my trunk and rear bumper.

Which kind do you prefer? I might stop at Walmart on the way to the car show tomorrow so that I will be able to do my rear bumper then

Well I just got back from Autozone and I picked up their Mequires Clay Kit and I'm very impressed with it! I just waxed my entire Mustang a couple of weeks ago. After claying my trunk and re waxing it you can dramatically tell the difference between the clayed and unclayed sections! Worth every penny!

That's what i used....the Meguiars clay kit. Works Da Ballz

Yep, claying is a miracle. For what it's worth I found the Clay Magic bar to be better than the Meguire's kit. Haven't tried the Mother's one yet.
