1994 Mustang question

I have a 1994 Mustang 5.0 HO, and i am experiencing some engine problems but cannot figure out the cause. on acceleration the motor seems down on power, and the motor surges bad. Check engine light comes on then cuts off after a couple mins. computer says both banks are lean.The o2 sensors are fine. the only mods are headers, x-pipe, and cat back exhaust. also i have a cold air intake and underdrive pullies. ANY advice on where i should go next will be greatly appreciated!!

Did you clean your IAC?
How about the MAF sensor, did you clean that yet?

run the check engine codes anyway and see what they say
