Help with Wheels

Does anyone have any suggestions on wheels for my 68 stang.
Its a 6 cyl with 4 lug wheels.
I cant find anything I like.

The 4 lug bolt pattern is going to limit you. That was standard on the 6 cylinder cars and were not thought of as much more than utility, therefore the selection is about nill. Sorry.

If you REALLY want some spiffy wheels then you will have to get 5 lug 8 cylinder spindles and a rear axle that has 5 lug shafts; that usually means at least an 8" axle.

I have talked to several people about it and they just look at me like I am from outerspace.

Wow, it's really not that hard. Break the balljoints loose, drop the tie rod end, and pull the spindle out and replace it with the 5-lug one. The rear end is a basic unbolt-and-bolt in deal as well. We're still using the 6 cylinder drive shaft in my wife's car, and it's a 331 now. I can't believe there isn't anyone in NASCAR country that can do it for you.

I have some 5-lug spindles with drum brakes that I just took off my wife's car. They have all new brake hardware and shoes (new about 2,000 miles ago) and are complete if you need them. If you're interested I will ask her what she wants for them.

Oh shoot......really sorry but I just realized your Mustang is a 68. It didn't strike me before. Her '66 spindles will not work for you.

4 lug rims should be easy to find, check out one of the big houses like Summit, you could keep it 14 inch, or check out e bay.

Convert to modern brakes and run SN95 wheels.

I saw a Mach 1 with 18" bullitt wheels that looked awesome!
