Opinions -- worth 26,000?

Hi All
A friend is looking for a nice classic vert. He saw this one on Ebay.

The buy it now is 26K -- it seems high to me for a 68 that isn't matching and needs work.
What do you all think the proper value should be?

I think the buy now is to much money for a car that needs that much work.

It is a nice looking classic Ford Mustang, but I don't think it is worth that kind of a reserve. I'd say around 14-15K for a car of that status.
