Boston is such a stupid city

No wonder why we get laughed at by the rest of the world. Can't believe they shut the entire city down for a companys poor advertising attempt to help launch a new movie.

Yes we need to be cautious about mysterious packages,but after they blew up the first two,they should of been able to say it's just someone messing around.

So they placed these things in like 8-10 major cities and we were the only ones that couldn't figure it out.DOH!

Oh Oh Oh, someone give me a soapbox!!!

Seeing as my bedroom window has a nice view of the Boston skyline, i've always considered myself as being "From Boston". Anyway, the people running this city are MORONS!!

First off I have seen these things in person and they do not look like a bomb. They look like little neon signs. I saw one in the daylight and knew what it was. I didn't know the character (although i have watched aqua teen) but right away I knew it was an LED sign of some sort. I saw it TWO WEEKS AGO!!!

Now, the fact that they discovered these things and nobody knew what they were until 5PM is rediculous. All day as i was stuck in traffic listening to the radio people were calling in and saying what they were.

I blame the city officials. I think they realized someone made a huge boo-boo by blowing this WAAAAY out of proportion and they kept it on for a while to make it look good and save face. $500,000 down the toilet because someone is a moron!!

I feel bad for the guy they are scape-goating for this. Not his problem someone is a total idiot!! I mean think about it. Take a drive around and you can just see everyday things that can look like a bomb?

Another thing is the news stations calling this a "Hoax" A Hoax is an act intended to decieve. These were never meant to be deceived as a bomb. I feel bad for the guys they arrested because they are innocent. All they did was take a job putting little neon signs up around the city. Now the city is gonna blame them because the city is run by morons and they want to save face.

Think of it this way. If someone says the stapler is a bomb and they close down the office for a day and it costs a LOT of money, should the stapler company have to pay because the person who said it was a bomb is a moron???

All day on the radio today people were calling in saying how the city is full of morons basically.

Let those guys out of jail....Boston sucks
