Userbars?

Does anyone here make userbars for sigs? I need some made for Calgary Flames message board I am on. I think I need five of them made. They are for our 2006 poster awards. Can anyone help me?

I did find a site that makes them for you, but I just don't think it looks that good, but here is something that I had in mind.

I made myself one a while back but I don't think I'm good enough to attempt a contest.

I wouldn't say I'm an expert at it. I managed to follow the directions I found and posted in the thread Stangchick linked to. They're actually pretty easy to make. The biggest "trick" is using the effects on the layer to give it a finished, glossy and 3D look.
