I'm opening this thread up for anyone who has any suggestions for MCRParts.com on the main website or forums. I'll update this post with a list of modifications and/or changes that I plan on doing.

If any of you would like to see something changed or added, just reply to this thread explaining what you think would help MCRParts be a success! I'll also be thinking of a few different things to add. We want to try to get more activity from our members... so we are open to any thoughts

How about a power adders section Turbos, Superchargers, Nitrous? As well as specialty stangs like bullitts, mach 1, SVT and so on

I would love to add a section just for stuff like this someday... just right now with the limited hits the site is getting... it would make our forums look even more down.

We have quite a few SVT owners on here.
An SVT section may make sense.
To get the site more busy, I think we need A LOT more tech talk around here.
That's the most busy part of all forums.

That's true... what made us sort of take one step back is when we switched domain names. But in order to take 2 steps forward... one must take a step back.

I believe that as soon as MCRparts gets spidered in all the major engines... we should be fine again on getting traffic and more posts. I just want to thank all of you that are sticking around through this tough tiime! We really appriciate all the help! Hopefully with the help of all of you, we can have everything turned around in a month or two to where the site is getting 300-400 new posts a day like it was last year.

I would really like to get this site getting more traffic to where I can afford to 'raffle' off a Meguars detailing kit to the person with the mosts posts each month or something similar! It would be great to have different contests going on each month!

I agree with this. The problem I see is that there are a lot of tech questions asked in the NEBOC forum (one of the most active forums on the site) that could be asked in the tech forums.

Yep... that would truely bennifit the website if they could ask a few tech questions in our tech forums. Alot of our knowledgable tech guys like Aussie... never visit the NEBOC forum... so he could even help spread some new info. It could help both parties really!
